To prevent underage sales eDab utilizes secure, industry-standard age gate verification. I hereby agree to provide any additional information requested to approve my order, if any, and understand my purchase may be canceled and refunded if I decline.

I understand that vaporizers are not approved medical devices and are not intended to diagnose, treat, or cure disease or illness. I also understand that vaporizers are not smoking cessation devices. I agree to speak to a healthcare professional before placing an order or refrain from placing an order if I am pregnant or nursing, have a health condition, or have questions or concerns regarding the general health effects of vaporizers.

I understand that eDab products are intended for legal use only. I agree that I am responsible for compliance with my local laws and hereby declare that all items purchased will be used for lawful purposes. In addition, I agree to remain in compliance with local legislation or any other mandate as it relates to my use of products I purchase from eDab, whether these limitations already exist or come into effect in the future.

I agree that eDab shall not be liable in contract, in tort (including negligence), or otherwise for damage or loss of other property, loss of use of property or equipment, claims of customers of buyer, or for any special indirect, incidental, or consequential damages whatsoever. I agree that under no circumstances shall eDab's liability exceed the purchase price of the goods in respect of which damages are claimed.

I agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless eDab, its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors and suppliers from and against all losses, expenses, damages and costs, including reasonable attorneys' fees, resulting from any violation of these terms and conditions or any activity related to my account (including negligent or wrongful conduct) by me or any other person accessing the site using my customer account.

In addition to these Terms and Conditions of Use, I confirm that I have read and understand the billing, shipping, and returns policies in addition to the warranty terms. I hereby unconditionally agree to be bound by and comply with all policies, terms, and procedures listed therein and agree to refrain from ordering if I do not.

I understand it is my sole responsibility to familiarize myself with how to use and care for rechargeable batteries (Li-ion, LiPo, etc.) and compatible chargers before purchasing these items, including proper handling, transportation, storage, and safety precautions. I agree to refrain from ordering these items if I am unfamiliar with or have questions about proper use and care.

I agree that any empty cartridges or tanks I purchase from eDab are for personal use only and not for resale.

I understand that eDab reserves the right to decline my order for any reason at its sole discretion.
