How To Register Your Warranty

Your eDab warranty is automatically registered at checkout when you purchase any warranty-eligible item(s) at our website.

Select authorized dealers may also offer automatic warranty registration. In those cases, the seller will be able to assist directly with warranty service according to the terms on this page.

If your authentic eDab brand product was purchased from a non-authorized seller, we require that you upload a clear image of your original order receipt and/or provide the serial number from your warranty card (if any) when requesting warranty service.

Warranty claims that contain missing, misleading, or incomplete information, are submitted after 180 days from the date of purchase, or that do not include proof of purchase when required will be considered invalid.

How To File A Warranty Claim

To request warranty service, please submit the contact form and select the Warranty department. Include your name and date of purchase, along with details of the issue(s) you are experiencing. Warranty claims submitted after 180 days of purchase will be automatically declined.

If purchased from an authorized dealer, please the seller directly within 180 days of purchase. If the seller or shop is not an authorized dealer, or you are not sure, then you must upload proof of purchase when submitting your warranty claim.

Warranty Process

Any item(s) eDab agrees to replace or repair under this warranty must be returned. The customer is responsible for returning the item(s) in question according to the instructions provided upon approval, along with any related shipping fees.

eDab does not charge any "processing fees" or add any other hidden costs when processing your warranty claim. Plus, we cover the cost to ship your new replacement item(s) back to you.

Warranty Coverage

This eDab product may be covered by eDab’s limited manufacturer’s warranty. Subject to certain terms and conditions, eDab warrants its products against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of (6) months from the date of purchase. If you believe your eDab product is defective you must contact your authorized eDab distributor or reseller, or eDab directly, to establish whether the product is covered by eDab’s limited manufacturer’s warranty and to obtain warranty service. If the product is covered by the warranty, eDab will either: (1) repair the defective product at no charge, using new or refurbished parts that are equivalent to new in performance and reliability; or (2) exchange the product that is new or equivalent to new in performance and reliability and is functionally equivalent to the original products. A replacement product or part assumes the remaining warranty of the original product and does not restart the warranty period. Customer is responsible for returning the defective item(s) to eDab, including any associated shipping costs. eDab is responsible for repairing or replacing and returning covered items to the customer, and will pay any associated costs, including shipping fees, incurred in doing so.

eDab’s limited product warranty does not apply to: (i) consumable parts and products, including, but not limited to, cartridges and atomizers; (ii) cosmetic damage including, but not limited to, scratched, dents, and broken glass; (iii) damage caused by use with non-eDab products; (iv) damage caused by accident, abuse, misuse, contact, or immersion in liquids, fire or other external cause (v) damage caused by operating the product outside the permitted or intended use described by eDab or from failure to follow eDab’s instructions for use; (vi) damage caused by service performed by any party other than eDab; (vii) a product or part that has been modified; and (viii) defects caused by normal wear and tear or otherwise due to the normal aging of the product.

THE LIMITED MANUFACTURER’S WARRANTY AND THE REMEDIES SET FORTH ABOVE ARE EXCLUSIVE AND IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, REMEDIES, AND CONDITIONS, WHETHER ORAL, WRITTEN, STATUTORY, EXPRESS, OR IMPLIED. EDAB MAKES NO ADDITIONAL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, WHICH ARE HEREBY EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMED. EXCEPT AS PROVIDED IN THIS LIMITED WARRANTY, EDAB IS NOT RESPONSIBLY FOR DIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES RESULTING FROM ANY BREACH OF WARRANTY OR CONDITION, OR UNDER ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY, OR ANY INDIRECT OR CONSEQUENTIAL LOSS OR DAMAGE HOWEVER CAUSED.

If any term of eDab’s limited manufacturer’s warranty is held to be illegal or unenforceable, the legality or enforceability of the remaining terms shall not be affected or impaired. eDab is not responsible for any other or additional warranties that may be offered to you by your authorized eDab distributor or reseller of eDab brand products. eDab reserves the right to decline warranty service to any customer who refuses to adhere to these warranty terms or provide additional information if requested.
